Adult Hockey players will participate in 4 days of 80-minute on-ice sessions, and 30-minute off-ice sessions.

On-ice training sessions will focus on game-situation drills, such as:

• Offensive and Defensive zone positioning
• Odd-man rushes and in-zone play

• Transitioning from the offensive zone to the defensive zone
• In-game strategy
• 20-minute controlled scrimmage reviewing positioning and situations

30-minute off-ice classroom training sessions will focus on breaking down NHL game film, and highlight key plays to look for in your own game and what to do in given scenarios.

Players of all skill levels are welcome and will be divided into groups based on skill.

Spaces are limited - Adult Camp registration will open by January 27 @ 10am.

Dates: March 30th – April 2nd

Time: On-ice 8:10pm-9:30pm; Off-ice video review 9:45pm-10:15pm

Cost: $295/Player; $150/Goalies

Maximum of 32 players and 4 goalies.

Must be 18 years and older. Full equipment must be worn at all times.
Virginia COVID-19 protocols will be in effect throughout the clinic.

No refunds are given for any Hockey programs.
