During the 2014-15 RHL season, Caps Academy will offer a skill development program that is open to RHL players and by invitation. RHL skills is open to players ages 9-14. This program will be based on the principles of the American Development Model focusing on age-specific hockey development. Capitals Academy Staff, together with RHL coaches, will work on power skating and small-area games to develop individual skills, build confidence, and learn the game.

This 8-week Skill Development Program will meet once each week. Space will be limited.
