Hockey Gymnasium is back!

Beginning next Tuesday, October 28, Gymnasium will be available for RHL, Select, and Adult players.

Caps Academy Gymnasium is designed to offer players additional practice time to develop specific hockey skills including skating, stick handling, shooting, and competition, taught by our Capitals Academy coaching staff.

These 45-minute sessions will be fast-paced, competitive, and fun! We will have separate sessions for different skill  levels.

This series of Gymnasium is not open for goalies at this time. Goalies interested in supplemental instruction should CLICK HERE.

Tuesday Mornings, October 28 - December 2
5:30am-6:15am Adult
6:15am-7:00am Travel players
7:00am-7:45am RHL players

COST: Individual sessions are $60 each OR register in advance for 6 sessions in one purchase for one person and get $60 off.

Minimum age 8 Yrs.
Advanced registration required for all sessions.
