During the 2014-15 RHL season, Caps Academy is offering a skill development program that is open to RHL players and by invitation. RHL skills is open to players ages 9-14. This program will be based on the principles of the American Development Model focusing on age-specific hockey development. Capitals Academy Staff, together with RHL coaches, will work on power skating and small-area games to develop individual skills, build confidence, and learn the game.

RHL & CATT Goalies will benefit from small group lessons focusing on improving your game. Goalies ages 9-14 are invited to register. Work on goalie-specific footwork and save-skills starting with the fundamentals and moving on to more advanced techniques. Build your skills for a successful season.

This 8-week Skill Development Program will meet once each week.  Space will be limited.

Tuesdays, 5:00pm-6:00pm

Cost for 8-session series: $280

Registration begins December 6. Please use the designated registration for players or goalies.
