Capitals Academy is pleased to announce that Randy Binner will be the Head Coach of the 2018-19 Peewee White team.

This will be Randy’s third season coaching teams at Kettler Capitals Iceplex, which includes RHL selects, various Capitals Academy Tournament Teams, and Capitals Academy’s 2017-2018 Peewee Blue team .

Randy’s playing experience includes playing high school hockey in Edina, MN, club hockey at Colorado College, and currently playing in the Kettler Capitals Iceplex Adult League. 

His coaching philosophy includes a primary focus on player development through the USA Hockey ADM model, and his main goal is for each player to be a good teammate and representative of the program on and off the ice. 

Randy is a Level 3 USA Hockey certified coach and intends to receive his Level 4 certification this summer.
