CAPS SUPER SKILLS  

Work with MedStar Capitals Iceplex’s Hockey Director and instructors on developing your skating, passing, shooting, and stickhandling skills through a variety of drills.

Players will test their acquired skills through a series of similar events seen at the NHL All-Star Skills Competition such as ‘Accuracy Shooting’ and ‘Fastest Skater.’

MedStar Capitals Iceplex’s Contact Confidence clinic is designed to ease the transition into Bantams, in which body checking is permitted.  We will help train your game so that you have the skills and confidence to play to the best of your abilities in tight, physical situations while also reducing the likelihood of injury.

MITE SCORING SPECIALTY CLINIC 

Learn the proper fundamental shooting, stickhandling, and passing techniques to give players the best opportunity to score more goals and more assists.

The basics will be emphasized to ensure each player has a solid technical foundation from which to grow. Specific moves/dekes, types of shots, and passing situations will challenge each player.
