RHL Training Camp
Get ready for the season! Players will have two days of on-ice training along with an evaluation skate. This program is conducted by the Hockey Director and RHL coaches. (There is no Training Camp for Minimites.)
RHL Evaluation Skate
In order to promote equitable play between all teams, all players should participate in the evaluation skate process prior to the start of the season, especially players new to RHL and players changing age divisions. Minimites will hold an Orientation Skate. Minimites are not divided into teams for the season.
Team Assignments
Following Training Camp and the Evaluation Skate, a draft will be conducted by the Hockey Director and RHL coaches. Players will be drafted onto teams and only following the draft are coaches assigned to teams.
Siblings who are playing in the same age division will be placed on the same team. Unfortunately, due to the high number of participants in RHL, we are unable to accept requests for specific teams, practices, or game days/times.
Player Notification
Following the RHL draft, players will be notified within a few days. Practice days/times, game schedules, and coahces will be announced once the draft is certified. All information will be posted on this website and emailed to participants.
Once the RHL season has begun, coaches will keep teams and players updated in addition to direct contact from the Hockey Director.
Training Camp Fee: $70 for 2 days of camp.
There is NO FEE for the Evaluation Skate, but players must register to attend.

registration. Purchase or retrieve your 2016-17 number at www.USAHockeyRegistration.com.
Please register early to avoid disappointment. RHL does fill quickly. Once a level is full, a waitlist will be available.
ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER FOR THEIR BIRTH YEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GOALIE REGISTRATION:
Goalie registration time period is the same as player registration. A separate GOALIE registration link will available for goalies (Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam/Midget). There are no full-time goalies at Mini-mites or Mites.

Youth LTP 3 is NEW for the 2016-17 season! This 10-week series meets once each week on Sunday afternoons. Players will participate in small games in a fun environment. This games-only program for Mite - Squirt age players (2006-2009 birthyears). LTP 3 is great for the player with a busy schedule!
Full gear is required. Participants must complete LTP 1 and LTP 2 (or equivalent) to register.
LTP 3 will run September-December. Start date TBD based on the Capitals schedule.
Cost: $395 for 10 weeks.
Registration begins in Late Summer.
