RULES For All Sessions:

• These are often popular sessions. Arrive early to secure your spot.
• Pick-Up Hockey is limited to 30 skaters plus 4 goalies.
• Full Gear Is Required - This includes helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, pants, shin guards, protective cup, and hockey skates. 
• Helmets must be worn at all times while on the ice and while on the bench.

Pick-Up Hockey sessions are organized by age and/or ability. We ask all players to observe these restrictions to keep games safe, fair, and fun.

• Adult Pick-Up Hockey sessions are ages 18 and up.
• Family Pick-Up Hockey sessions are all ages. This is a FUN, easy-going, no contact game for kids and adults!

Family Pick-Up Hockey is open to parents and kids to enjoy non-contact pickup hockey. Each participant pays an entry fee and must be in full gear. Standard rules for Pick-up Hockey are in effect.
