In addition to structured clinics and league games, MedStar Capitals Iceplex offers open Stick-N-Shoot hockey sessions for all ages.

RULES For All Sessions:

• These are often popular sessions. Be aware of other shooters and do not stand behind the goals.
• Stick-N-Shoot is limited to 30 skaters plus 4 goalies.
• Full Gear Is Required - This includes helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, pants, shin guards, protective cup, and hockey skates. Participants must provide their own gear. 
• Helmets must be worn at all times while on the ice and while on the bench.

These special Mini Stick-N-Shoot sessions are just for kids 10 & under. Perfect for Mini-Mites and Tot Hockey players! All players must wear full gear.
