Beginning with the May series of Adult and Youth LTP, all players must submit a valid USAHockey number as part of the registration process.
USAHockey provides insurance coverage, access to special USAHockey events, subscription to USAHockey magazine, and more.

The 2015-16 season USAHockey numbers are available and are valid through August 2016. USAH numbers are valid for one season for all USAH activities you may participate in.
Players holding a 2014-15 USAHockey number may submit it at this time.
