A Note on Mites...

We wanted to also communicate that we have made a slight change to our Mite program in that Mites will have 1 practice per week in lieu of the 1.5 practices per week that we have provided in previous seasons. With the RHL Mite Selects having a practice during the week and potential games on the weekends, we feel that this will better align our program with numbers that the ADM provides us for this age group (2-3 ice sessions per week).

We view this change as an opportunity for players to be involved in other activities that will aide in their athletic development
