Now Enrolling for WINTER for RHL Squirts and Peewees!

During the 2013-14 RHL season we will offer a skill development program that is open to RHL players and by invitation. This program will be based on the principles of the American Development Model focusing on age-specific hockey development. Capitals Academy Staff, together with RHL coaches, will work on power skating and small-area games to develop individual skills, build confidence, and learn the game.  This Skill Development Program will meet once each week throughout the season for a total of 10 on-ice sessions and 5 off-ice sessions.  Space will be limited.
